Please tell us what you liked most about working with Venessa

I appreciated Venessa's honesty and quick response to any questions that I had. Venessa also went as far as taking pictures under the hood, and under the vehicle inspecting the spare tire in lieu of our trip back home...over 1600miles!! In regards to my question about the A/C "my pet-peeve" Venessa, got in and personally tested it to make sure it was blowing out ice sickles for our trip back home. Venessa valued me and my family as her customer which made me feel confident in purchasing our family's new Passenger NV. My family's last experience at a dealer was NOT good! I was lied to in front of my family on an account of a game of bait-and-switch on the day to pick-up our first family vehicle, and promised myself that would never happen again so I was sure to be very clear with Venessa about my past and would simply fly back home if honesty/trust was breached. I truly appreciated her help and honesty, and would greatly recommend anyone shopping for a new car whether buying online all the way from St.Louis and/or in person to Ask for Venessa Pain@JimClickNissan.com in Tucson Arizona!
